NABA is a diverse organization that provides students of all backgrounds and majors with a platform to grow personally, academically, and professionally.

The Minneapolis Student Chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) has been in existence since the 1980s with the goal of serving minorities planning to enter the areas of accounting, finance, information technology, and other business-related fields.

Over the decades, our organization has provided members with opportunities to develop their technical and soft skills, build their professional network, and give back to the community. Our motto, “Lifting As We Climb”, captures the purpose of our existence and highlights the organization’s will to assist anyone in achieving their goals.
